Anticipated Topics

Administrative = Arbiter (Blocking calendars, accepting games, football resources on Arbiter)
Officiating = Officiating Philosophies (MIBT, Foul Threshold, Officiating Threats, Avoid Ball Watching), Holding, Offensive/Defensive Pass Interference

Monday, August 10, 6-7:30pm @ Maplewood Public Library (Board Room A&B)

Anticipated Topics

Administrative = Communication Responsibilities (w/schools, partners), Finding contact info, Basics on how games are paid, Bookkeeping, How to find rules in the book (test taking)
Officiating = Free kicks, scrimmage kicks, sideline management/working with coaches

Monday, August 17, 6-7:30pm @ On-Field Location (TBD) [Rain Location: Maplewood Public Library, Community Program Room)

Anticipated Topics

Administrative = N/A
Officiating = Working on-field via stations. Officials will rotate among stations led by clinicians, walking through the following topics. 
General sideline movement (1)
Forward progress spot 
FP on a QB sack or tackle for loss
General sideline movement (2)
Runner to sideline, let him pass
Runner OOB (kill clock)
Cross field mechanics
Goal line mechanics (going in and going out)
Pylon plays
Line to gain (crash on close plays; know the LTG)
Practice with flags (call FST to practice whistle, stop clock, signal, reporting, penalty administration, pre-snap routine)
