All SPCC officials must:

* Be registered and certified by the Minnesota State High School League (MSHSL)

* Pay dues (see amounts below)

* Be approved by the Board of Directors (largely a formality)

SPCC currently has 237 active members


110 members referee football

184 members referee basketball 


Association Annual Dues for 2024-2025

Football/Basketball . . . $150

NEW officials (first year certified by MSHSL) = $30 one sport, $15 second sport

You can also submit dues via "Zelle" which is the only app approved by our bank for digital transactions. Currently, the association's Zelle account can be found by looking up Dan's email address (pelletierdan17@gmail.com). 


Members can begin paying dues on March 27, 2025 at our Annual Meeting. 


Membership dues must be submitted no later than the pre-season sport meeting for each sport. The football preseason meeting occurs in August and the basketball preseason meeting occurs in November. 


Failure to submit dues on time will result in a $25 late fee AND the loss of any game assignments. 


Members are strongly encouraged to turn in their dues as soon as they are able.
